Welcome to Beaconnaya. Please read these policies carefully before booking a session or purchasing services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Booking

All sessions require a free initial consultation before booking. Once your session is booked and payment is made, your spot is reserved.

2. Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure all services. Full payment is required for session completion. Payments are accepted via Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other major online methods.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once booking is confirmed, as preparation and resources are allocated. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for scheduling flexibility (deposit still applies). In-person background screenings or special requests are non-refundable.

4. Session Policies

Sessions are designed for your wellness, healing, and personal growth. Please arrive on time for in-person sessions or be ready on time for virtual sessions. Sessions may include yoga, meditation, Reiki, sound healing, and other holistic practices.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information is kept secure and confidential. Health and personal details shared during sessions are never shared without your consent.

6. Online & Digital Services

Digital services, including website support or virtual consultations, are non-refundable once work begins. We reserve the right to pause or adjust services if resources or requirements change.
